Currently, we deliver all across Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at the moment, but we are working on expanding our services in the future!


⏳ Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, our team works quickly to get it ready for shipment. Here’s how it works:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within a business day (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We strive to process and ship your order as soon as possible, but during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, it will typically be delivered within 2-3 working days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service efficiency.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email, WhatsApp text or SMS with a tracking number & tracking link. You can use this to track your order in real time via our courier partner’s website.

📢 If you don’t receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.


📦 Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, but in rare cases, issues may arise. Here’s what to do:

📌 If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please check your tracking information first. If there’s no update, contact us for assistance.
📌 If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately and report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.
📌 If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.
