At Tradify, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, you may request a return or exchange. Please review our policy below to ensure your request is eligible.
🔄 Return & Exchange Eligibility ✔ Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return or exchange. ✔ You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery. ✔ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. ✔ Exchanges are only available if the same product is in stock.
❌ We do NOT accept returns/exchanges for:

Change of mind or personal preference.

Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling.

Digital products like eBooks and downloadable content.
📅 How to Request a Return or Exchange?

2️⃣ Provide your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.
3️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund.
💰 Refund Policy ✔ Refunds are only issued if the product is out of stock for exchange. ✔ Refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer within 7-10 business days. ✔ Delivery charges (PKR 250) paid in advance for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable.
